Best poster award
Three best posters will be selected through public vote. After visiting poster presentation on June 10, every participant except for non-academic accompanied persons is requested to select five best posters. According to the voting results, the program committee decides the best posters. The best posters are announced and awarded in Banquet on June 11. Every participant is strongly encouraged to join the vote.
How to Vote: Participants get voting papers for best poster award at conference reception desk. Participants should write five poster numbers and their first author names on the voting paper. Voting booth is open 15:20 - 20:00 on June 10 in the poster presentation room, YOTEI. Vote the posters of other organizations but not your group.
 
Information for session chairs
Chair assignment is available at following program pages in this abstract book. The char of each session is expected to arrive at the session room 10 minuets before the session begins, and to check the attendance of speakers in the session. In case some speaker is absent, please do not change the subsequent schedule, so that the participant can listen to the talk he/she is interested in according to the original schedule. Presentation equipments and time keeping system are supported by conference staff members with staff name cards.
 
Information for speakers
Please keep your presentation within the time allocated in the program.
All speakers are requested to report their attendance to the session chair at least five minutes before the session starts. To guarantee your presentation goes smoothly, please check the connection of your PC with such as audio output, please do tell us in advance at conference reception desk.
 
Information for poster presenters
Please prepare your poster with poster number, title, authors (with * at presenter name), affiliations, and clear description on your purpose, method, result and conclusions. Best poster awards will be selected by voting of al l research participants. You yourself are expected to join the voting, while voting to yourself and your colleagues in the same organization must be avoided.
 
Poster size: 90 cm width × 180 cm height.

Adding up votes is to be done by the program committee during 20:00-21:00.

Pins for attachment to the poster board are prepared in the poster session room.
