[1] Conference registration for regular participants
The registration fee is Japanese Yen (JPY) ¥40,000 for regular participants and JPY ¥20,000 for students before the Early-bird registration ends (May. 2, 2011) by credit card (VISA, AMEX, MASTER and JCB), which includes a copy of the proceedings, reception, coffee break, daily meals and banquet. All registration fee will be JPY ¥50,000 after the deadline.
Organizing committee members and co-sponsoring society members are kindly requested to register in their respective categories.
[2] Conference registration for accompanying persons
The registration fee for an accompanying person, such as a family member, is JPY 20,000, which includes meals and the reception/banquet. Please fill in the relevant names as applicable. Conference participants with two or more accompanying persons are kindly requested to inform the Secretariat by e-mail (iccn2011@ec-pro.co.jp).
[3] Accommodation
Only twin rooms are available. Accommodation fees per night are JPY 12,000 for single occupancy and JPY 8,500 per person for double occupancy. In the case of double occupancy, the full fee (i.e., 8,500 × 2 = JPY 17,000) must be paid in advance by one occupant. If the other occupant has already applied for accommodation, please specify his/her name only.
[4] Shuttle bus service
Shuttle bus services are provided between New Chitose Airport and Hilton Niseko Village (JPY 2,000 each way). Advance reservations are required.

[5] Additional proceedings
If additional copies of the proceedings are required, please specify the desired number of copies on the conference/hotel registration form and pay (JPY 3,000 per copy) in advance. If the mailing address is different from the contact address provided in the general information section, please provide the complete address details in the relevant column.
The Secretariat will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
[6] Excursion
An excursion to Mt. Usu Nishiyama crater walkway is scheduled for the afternoon of June 11 (before dinner). Please indicate the number of any accompanying persons joining the excursion. The fee is JPY 2,000 per person.

Payment method
Only credit card payments are accepted for conference/hotel registration. If a credit card cannot be used due to local restrictions, please fill in the on-site payment form and send it to the Secretariat by fax or e-mail.

Credit cards will be charged in May 2011; please check your balance for confirmation at this time. The charging party will be JTB Hokkaido.
Receipts
Please specify the type of any receipt required for the conference registration fee on the form. It will be sent as an e-mail attachment once the credit card charge has been applied in May 2011.
Food preferences
A variety of buffet-style food will be provided. Please specify any dietary restrictions related to religion and/or health. No guarantee can be made that all requests will be met fully.
Students/Young Researcher Travel Awards
Those wishing to apply for Travel Awards should specify the title of the submitted paper and send a letter of recommendation to the Secretariat by fax or e-mail. (iccn2011@ec-pro.co.jp)
The recommendation letter must be sent until Feb 10, 2011 by using the format file.
The relevant amount of money will be subtracted from the registration fee of award winners.
